We have been working with Paragon to repair and replace our home theater. We closed on our home and all the equipment was in good working condition, and two days later a different company reported half our speaker system was gone.

We invited Paragon and another company to assess the issue. The Paragon technicians were able to trouble shoot and work with both us and the insurance adjustors to resolve the issue. Paragon has never pressured us nor refused our request for additional information to the insurance company. The Paragon team has been professional, supportive and creative.
